Care & Wear

Jewelry changes with the person who wears it. The metal shifts, softens, and gathers it's own marks over time. This is part of the charcter, not something to correct. Each is made uniquely by hand and will continue to evolve with time and you!

Daily Wear

  • Your piece is meant to be worn often.
  • Remove it during heavy work or anything that could bend or catch the metal.
  • Avoid lotions, perfums, and chemicals directly on the surface, they can dull the finish.

Water & Environment

  • Sterling silver can darken naurally with exposure to water, sweat, and air.
  • This natural patina is normal and expected; it's part of how the piece settles into itself.
  • If you prefer a brighter surface, dry the piece after contact with water.

Cleaning

  • Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the metal.
  • For silver, a simple polishing cloth works well.
  • Avoid harsh cleaners or ultrasonic machines, they can strip the texture and the hand-worked details.

Storage

  • Store your piece in a dry place, ideally in a small cloth or box.
  • Keeping pieces separate prevents scratches and tangling.
  • Silver stored in open air will darken faster; enclosed storage slows this process.

Aging & Patina

Every piece will develop its own surface over time. A darker edge, a softened highlight, a small shift in tone. This is not damage. It's the metal responding to your skin, your environment, your life. No two pieces age the same.
